All BoardPackager services are provided with full knowledge and cooporation with Property Management, but without Property Management supervision. As a reminder, in accordance with the condominium bylaws, the board has twenty (20) days from the receipt of all required materials in proper form in which to issue their waiver. Accordingly, please note the following:

Lease and Sales Packages - should be submitted to the Transfer Agent for review a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the lease commencement date or if applicable, tentative closing date in order to allow sufficient time for the transfer agent to review and process the package.

In addition, note that sales in any form of entity LLC, Trust, etc. are required to be reviewed by the condo attorney and will require additional time to process. (see sales instructions for further information)
